This unique, restorative class offers a gentle and therapeutic experience that can be practised entirely seated or lying down on your mat. Each session closes with a soothing breathwork sequence or a deeply relaxing meditation. Created as a space for healing and self-liberation, Qi Flow Yoga invites a conscious connection between body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle, flowing movements, you’ll explore your inner landscape, deepen your awareness of the body’s subtle signals, and attune to the natural flow of Qi (life energy) within.
