​Qi Flow Yoga classes focus on gentle movements inspired by Yoga and Qigong, combining stretches, breathing techniques, and meditation to deepen relaxation.

Sessions can be practised seated on a yoga mat or lying down, making them accessible for beginners or anyone who may not feel confident in their physical strength.

Through the practice, participants are encouraged to deepen their awareness of mind and body, and to tune in to the natural movements that arise from within, gently promoting a sense of release and inner freedom.
